The
Pan-Laconian Society "Leonidas" invites all members to participate in
its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, 5 January 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held at the Pan-Laconian Family Centre, located at
26 Aldridge Avenue, Plympton Park.
This event is a cornerstone
of the Society’s calendar, offering an opportunity to reflect on the
year’s achievements, discuss the future, and elect a new Executive
Committee to guide the organisation over the next two years.
Members
are reminded that, in accordance with the Society’s constitution, if a
quorum is not achieved at 1:00 p.m., the meeting will be adjourned for
30 minutes and will proceed at 1:30 p.m. with the members present.

are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the
Pan-Laconian Society "Leonidas," which will take place on Sunday, 5
January 2025, at 1:00 pm, at the Pan-Laconian Family Centre.
If
quorum is not achieved, the meeting will be adjourned for half an hour
and will proceed at 1:30 pm with the members present, in accordance with
the Society’s constitution.
Your attendance is particularly
important, as we will discuss matters concerning the future of our
Society and hold elections for a new Executive Committee for the
upcoming two years.
